BT Redcare – UK Alarm Receiving Update

As you are already aware, on 1st February 2024 BT Redcare announced it will be ceasing operations by 1st August 2025.

Following reflecting and assessing the impact of this unexpected news we wanted to express our sadness to see a stalwart of our industry no longer offering services to the UK security market and share the resulting concern this brings to professional security installers and our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) partners.
